There has been much talk and debate on the subject, but just today, a lawsuit seeking to require DuPont to set up a fund for independent research, and to force them to cease manufacturing was dismissed because it failed to convince the court that it deserved class-action status. The four-year old lawsuit included 22 cases from 15 (EDIT L~) states.
