Usually the meters are dual purpose because they instrument reads ohms resitance in high ranges, and volume and surface resistivity results are usually in comparable high ranges. The sensor needs to be changed, and the test voltage may need to be changed.
I've always wondered about using standard Fluke digital multimeters for this, but I think they operate at much lower voltages and I'm not sure if that affects the result.
