Quality control equipments neede for packing films

I am trying to prepare quality control department for testing of polypropylene cast film and stretch films also .
I am trying to pourchase , thickness gauge ( bench top ) , hazemeter , glossmeter , tensile machine , oven , heat sealing tester and optical densitometer .
Kindly advice is that enough or less or more than enough .
also , I need to test the quality of blown films ( P.E ) - so what Q.C equipments could be available in addition to thickness tester.
