Urethane release coating

Urethane is sticky. Especically TEXIN. Anyone who has ever processed it knows that. I have been experimenting with different release coatings for several years but have yet to find one that really makes the part let go of the steel. I have used Tribo coat, Dykronite, Teflon, and experimenting now with Nibore and different finishes. Steel finish is critical with light to medium texture being the best - no polish if possible. Has anyone out there found a go to release coating for Urethane? Do to strict cometic requirements, I cannot spray the mold so it needs to be a surface treatment to the mold or possibly an release additive.
