There are many kits on the market that claim to do just that for headlight assemblies. I believe that Sylvania’s is the best according to reviews from end users. Is that what you are looking for?

What plastis are you recycling? Is the feed stock uniform in color or is it mixed colors? What is the polymer or is it a mixture of polymers? Are you tring to improve gloss or add luster? How are you prepared to impliment or incorporate a color or optical brightener if one is suggested? What's your process?

Again, what is your process? Are you extruding or injection molding these PET/PP parts? Are the two polymers mixed or are you talking two different operations w/ the PET and PP?

If it's a regind and you plan on extruding the polymer or polymer blend, then the simple addition of a white color concentrate may give you the effect you want. Although, I'm not sure if PET and PP are compatable when blended.
