PVC bottle? Does it can be blowed?

Hi everyone, my name is Lucia.
I have a customer want to manufacture PVC perfume bottles.
Do these bottles can be blowed by blowing machine?
Or does blowing machine only can blow PE and PET plastic parts?

Yes, PVC is blow molded now----some injection blown (smaller bottles) and some extrusion blown.
