pvc night mare for beginner

I,min my learning stage of processing. i,m using a flexible pvc 70 durometer to mold screw driver grips. i,m getting either bad nit lines around gate or a dime sized blushed in gate area, please help

Sounds like you're running the material too cold/ Try increasing the material or mold temp.

You may also wat to check your venting.

I must confess, I'm confused by the question. :oops: Gate area, for a rotomolded part? I cuold see bad knit line at the mold parting line. If that's the case adding more heat of longer over cycle time might solve the problem, short of a re-formulation toward quicker fusion.

Or, is this a simple case of posting an injection question in the wrong forum?
