Deburring Thermal formed Plastic Parts

I have been asked to determine if there is a significant need for deburring edges of certain plastic parts after thermal forming and cutting.

I know it is required in some of the more rigid, higher temperature materials, such as rydel r. Are there other materials which are must be deburred when stricter edge tolerances are required?
