Please suggest PVC transprent (Glass Clear ) formulation for PVC extruded profile

Are you talking rigid or flexible? Glass clear is not always glass hard.

Here's a starting point clear formulation for single screw extrusion-----

Montan Ester wax (OP)-----------------------------------0.2
Glycerol Mono Stearate (GMS, 140 wax)---------------0.6
Lubricating Process Aid (K-175)------------------------0.5
Processing Aid (K-120ND)-------------------------------1.5-2.0
MBS Impact Modifier (i.e. BTA 733)-------------------10-12
Blue Toner-----------------------------as needed, i.e. 0.001

Use the same formulation, but remove the MBS impact modifier and add 20,30 or 40 phr DIDP plasticizer.
