I'm an alumnus of U Mass Lowell and am on the Plastics Dept Advisory Board. I can't recommend it enough. Great people, lots of foreign students, urban setting and among the best plastics programs worldwide. They alos have strong placement and financial aid/grad student teaching. Best of all, when a graduate you realize how much the industry respects people from the U Mass Lowell program as it teaches real industry knowledge.
