want to persue research ...in waste plastics with Nano ...

Hello....
This is my first hit to this forum....and the fact i was lead here is simple,in the sense that i want to peruse research,in the field of plastics+nano materials.My idea is to make my attempt environment worthy. Let me brief it over here....
Waste plastics are eye soaring stuffs and everybody knows about it hazards...And Nano science is a science of the future...And i would like to strike a balance between depleting materials of great demand which is being used universally,and progressively replacing them with a better substitute from the field of waste plastics in accordance with nanotechnology....
I am a mechanical engineer..
I have started to do literature survey,and if my friends could guide me along my ambition,surely it would be of a great inspiration to me...
