Has anyone here experimented with different draw down ratios for LLDPE tubing? I have historically used 1.6-2.0 for LDPE, but I'm finding LLD doesn't draw down as quickly. so I've used 1.5-1.7 max. I'm considering trying 1.2 because I'm still having to run a substantial airgap to get the tubing to draw down enough to make it through the sizing elements.
Thoughts? Any reason not to run low DDR?
