Nylon rope manufacturing process

My company is going for a new project for nylin ropes. can any one tell about process of nylon ropes manufacturing and some good machine suppliers.

we want to go for complete process including melt/spin fibers and braiding.

We used Wardwell braiders for reinforcing hose. They have units for ropemaking, also.
