This year yes. I hear of equipment companies pulling out. They figure nobody is buying equipment whether they go or not, so why deal with the expense. Whether that is smart thinking or not is another question.

Absolutely!
Aisle traffic is not good enough!
NPE remains the best marketing venue along with the internet for Plastics Industry companies to move forward in these difficult economic times.
Companies need to focus on getting new prospects to their booth which should be designed to showcase new products, new technology and brand identification. Current customers will need to locate your booth easily and will have a sense of pride and confidence in the fact they are doing business with you.
Many marketing channels are available to accomplish this, but the most economical and least expensive would be the use of the internet for email campaigns, press releases, new products, new technology and direct communication.
