Help: Polymer foil which breaks after one bend

Hi forum,

I'm looking for a polymer foil with the following criteria:

1. It shoud be less than 0,1 mm thick
2. It should be cheap to manufacture
3. When the foil is bent let's say 180 degrees making a sharp edge, the foil will crack immediately and thin hole has been made. So when the foil experiences bends without a 180 (or 120 degrees, whatever) degree sharp edge, nothing will happen and it will stay ductile.

Does such a polymer exist?

Think "Turkish Taffy" It shatters when struck but flows under low stress.

You are right about impact: I could also accept a polymer which breaks when it experiences a hard impact but stays soft when bent slowly.
