The only way i can achieve my dimensions and reduce sinks is to run a cooler tool @150F.How much does being in an amorphous state effect the strength of the material? Strength is really not an issue with this part as well. So am i ok?

I have run many PPS brands such as R-4 and Luvocom on cooler molds , and have had no problems with brittle parts. Im sure there still in an amorphous state. Ideally you want to run a hot tool for chrystallization. In my case strength wasnt an issue.
