I had used them, the quality is second class.
If you use them, It will be better that you buy them local .
then send them to the supplier making mold for you.

I have also used that,In China ,it is a good choice, also seems expensive as to the Chinese plastic mold price.
and you could buy locally for future service.

If the material is not engineering material, people will use Yudo considering the price, it is cheaper while you can also get worldwide service. I think if customer don't have the requirement about the brand of hot runner system, and material is not like PA with GF, here factories will usually choose it.

oldtool,

Did you end up with the Yudo system? How did it work out for you?

Will,

I haven"t had the sand to use a Yudo yet. When I muster the intestinal fortitude and get one I'll let you know how it goes. :?

As our experience, Yudo is ok for the normal material parts like ABS, PC, PP etc. But it is not good for the parts made of PA, POM, PBT, PET, PMMA or other special engineering materials. Incoe is good for engineering materials as our experiences, DME is just so so.

A penny pinching group I worked for some years back spec'd YUDO systems based on price for a 20 tool package.

Tools ranged from 80 ton 2 cavity to 400 ton 32 cavity. All ran POM.

Injection pressures where not abnormal for a hot runner on any of them.

Did not have burning issues that I expected with the grade of POM, it was touchy.

Wiring was an issue. Thermocouples and heater both had low grade wire.

They did not leak after a few tear downs.

They needed to be torn down for heater failure, more then I have seen with other brands of hot runner systems.

Parts where a little hard to get here in the states.

No idea of what steel they where made of but they seemed to witness to the bushing pretty easy, soft?

I would use them again on a budget build but with caution.

My 2 cents
