I can't direct you to any literature or specific manufacturer, but
I used to have regular contact with firms in Florida extruding
white pipe for patio furniture (Race & Race Inc., Winterhaven FL),
and flexible vinyl strapping for outdoor chairs, lounges, etc.
(Vinylex of Florida, Hialeah FL.) They were stabilizer customers of ours.
This goes back to the 60's and 70's, so don't know if they are still in business.
Wouldn't hurt to try contacting them!
