Im tryiing to keep up with the times.I have been molding for 24 years.I have been called a Foreman,Molder,Molding Tech,Molding-Supervisor,Plastics Tech,Plastics Engineer,Floor Mngr, Processor. What do you guys prefer? These Days? (Does it really matter)

I regard "Plastics Engineer" as the term for some one with a college degree in plastics.
Foreman, General term for first level of supervision. Salaried position.
Molder, General term for experienced machine operator. Hourly Pay
Molding Tech, could be entry level or experienced level for floor personnel Hourly Pay
Molding-Supervisor, could be second management level, supervision more than one Foreman or shift supervision. Salaried position.
Plastics Tech, entry level or specialized experience. Hourly pay.
Plastics Engineer, Entry Level to experienced, Salaried at all levels, may or may not involve supervision of others such as Plastics Techs., Molders, Mold Techs, Processors Even Foreman or Floor Mngrs.
Floor Mngr, second or third plant management level. Salaried position. Maybe college degree required.
Processor, Experienced level & hourly pay.

Being on the job market for almost a year I'm finding that companies will use whatever terms fit their own needs. You have to read their description. I've seen the same description used for Shift Manager, Production Manager, Supervisor and Team Lead.
