Transperent near injection point

hello,

we are using hdpe HHM 5502 BN grade material for the manufacture of hdpe bottle on injection blow molding machine. The problem i face in 75cc bottle of weight (11gms)is that there is transperence (round in shape) near injection point in the bottle. I reduced manifolld temperature from 240 degrees to 230. there is sufficient material at the bottom (base of the bottle) and base MTC tempearture is kept 80 and reduced to 70 but still problem is coming.
