Our company is doing THREE activities:
a) Clean room assembly operations (class 100,000) with post molding operation like tip-forming, ultrasonic welding, uv bonding, micro bore drilling and manual assembly.
b) Manufacturing and supply of standard components like; roller clamps, guide wire holders, pinch clamps, side clamps, TBA (Touhy Borst Adapters), male and female lure tubing connectors, end caps, hand pumps and many more.
c) Making low-cost, single cavity* injection molds for the manufacturing of custom design components.
*These molds are made from pre-hardened steel. Unlike the Aluminum prototype molds that can produce only few hundred parts, our molds can produced up to 50,000 pcs and yet cost in the range of USD 2,000 to USD 8,000.
These molds are run on specially designed table-top injection machine place in clean room.
Some of our client in USA are: Qosina, Argon Medical, Directmed, Viasys Healtcare, Biosearch, Cathlabs, Halkey-Roberts and SplashCap.
